Your company's policy will determine if you can receive a leave of absence to become a full-time student. For some employees, however, this isn't a feasible option because of time and financial constraints. You still have several options available:

1) Attend classes after work — the most traditional route. Most universities recognize the time limitations of working adults and adjust their programs to make them more accessible during evening and weekend hours.
2) Consider a university that offers distance learning. Many educational institutions offer distance learning programs through which they employ current technology to reach more students. Courses may be delivered via videotape, video conferencing and satellite, or the Internet. Again, check with your HR department for information on the educational platforms provided by various institutions.
